3 resources make it easy to choose what’s best for you

Emma, bswift’s decision support guide, will ask you a few simple questions and then use data and Jabil plan details to recommend the plans that will work best for you. Better still, she does it all enhanced by AI, and she even chats with you.

Health Advocate can also help you figure out what’s best for you. You can ask their experts for help comparing your Jabil medical plan options. While they can’t tell you which plan to choose, they can guide you because they understand the ins and outs of Jabil’s plans.

When you’re comparing medical plan features, also see why 3 employees like you chose each plan.

Valuable information from Jabil, don’t miss out!

Make sure all your personal information in Workday is correct (for example, Social Security number, home address and personal email). It’s always a good idea to double-check, even if you think your latest information is on file.

Then verify on bswift that your personal email is listed, and make sure it’s marked as preferred. It’s easy to do when you’re enrolling because you’ll be prompted to do so. You can also go to View My Profile under Common Actions.

New wellness program in partnership with Asset Health

We’re excited to bring you a new wellness program in 2025, supported by Asset Health. The Virgin Pulse program will end December 31, 2024.

Reduced costs for specialty medications with PrudentRx

With PrudentRx, you may pay as little as $0* for specialty medications when filled at a CVS Specialty Pharmacy. If you’re enrolled in a Jabil medical plan and this affects you, you don’t need to do anything now. PrudentRx will reach out to you. If they do, you’ll need to sign up for the program and complete any next steps to take advantage of higher program benefits.

*Healthy Plus with HSA participants must meet their deductible before benefits begin.

HSA contribution limits

If you enroll in Healthy Plus, the total you and Jabil can contribute (combined) to an HSA, if eligible, is $4,300 for single coverage; $8,550 for family coverage. If you’re 55 or older, you can contribute up to $1,000 more. Note: If you earn a wellness incentive in 2025, that’s included in these totals, too.

FSA contribution limits

If you contribute to the Healthcare FSA or Limited Purpose Healthcare FSA, the amount you can contribute is $3,200. Save more by taking advantage of this increased limit for using pre-tax dollars to pay for eligible healthcare expenses while reducing your taxable income.

Commuter benefit contribution limits

You can contribute up to $315 each month for eligible mass transit expenses and up to $315 each month for eligible parking expenses.

Enrolling in Healthy Plus with HSA?

  • Each year you must set an HSA contribution amount during Annual Enrollment.
  • If you want to receive Jabil’s contribution to the HSA, don’t waive coverage: when you enroll, set your contribution amount, even if it’s $0. If you waive the HSA, you won’t receive Jabil’s contribution — including any wellness incentives.
